Today, Day 131, Romania and Moldova reached an agreement with the following terms:

1.Romania take and keep : Southern Basarabia, Northern Basarabia and Transnistria.
2.Romania will build a Q5 Hospital in Chisinau and pay 70g for the first month rent.
3.Both Romania and Moldova will engage to organize training RW's.
4.After 30 days Romania agrees to pay 50g monthly to Moldova.
