Government of Belgium has signed agreement with United Kingdom about our Training War. Since your Country does not have CP, we would like to tell you to get over political blocade of UK, and elect CP as soon as possible. Without CP, your Country cant develop. We won't attack you, until you elect CP, and we discuss about TW. Also, until you elect CP, we will consider your current Prime Minister, as head of the state, but we won't sign any agreements.
