To Tigers brothers,
Hello Dear brothers.
First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to whole brothers for the effort and contribution to our Team.
Tigers team has accomplished internal and external growth since 2 months ago.
Recently, we have gotten a lot of mission from various clients.
In this reason, I think it's time to elect our offical members who can handle our works specially.
As some member discussed before, voluteer group will be best which we can consider.
But we know that voluteer group has some limitation to do this works.
It will anticipate to make confusion or inefficiency whenever we meet clients and handle our works case by case.
In addition to this, I don't want one of us take a burden from this decision.
I would like to elect some members as our official face upon consideration of this.
We need some member as belows,
1. Representative who can coordinate our works.
2. Negotiator and messenger who will talk with clients in person.
3. Commander who have various of battle experience with professional abilities.
These duties are not that easy and nobody has been not rewarded for this works.
I think these members should be elected by us and we need to give them something in returns for their hard works.
Personally, I would like to pay for official members golds as per successful deal this month.
Please let me know if you have any advice or ideas.
If we put our heads together, I am sure we can find a best results.
