In recent days, the player Tsigger has publicly umed the roles of prosecutor, judge, and executioner in global chat. Without presenting a single piece of evidence, he categorically declared that any account reactivated after a period of inactivity - and below level 1000 - is automatically a multi-account.

Levying reckless accusations against the honor and legitimacy of other players is neither "strategy" nor a valid "opinion." In the real world, falsely attributing an offensive act to someone's reputation has a very clear name: defamation and it is a crime. Now... for the sake of clarification, I'm not a RL lawyer but I do know a bit about legalese and guess what? The Real Life Abraham Lincoln was actually a lawyer before he became President. In the context of this game however and considering that there is no Judiciary system unless we consider the Admin as the main and eternal only Judge, it is either cowardice to sustain that others only win by cheating or a convenient excuse to, once again, refuse to address the community and negotiate terms with whoever approaches him.

Given these actions, the challenge is simple and direct.



THE BURDEN OF PROOF LIES WITH THE ACCUSER



Whoever makes an allegation bears the legal and moral obligation to prove it. If Tsigger claims with such certainty that these accounts are multis, he is hereby publicly challenged to produce concrete, irrefutable evidence to back up his claims.

SCREENSHOTS, TICKETS, AND ADMIN RESPONSES
Empty words in global chat prove absolutely nothing. In other words ... talk is cheap. I'd like to see ticket numbers, formal complaints submitted to support, and official admin confirmation of bans for these alleged multis. Until then, everything you say regarding this subject carries zero weight as far as I'm concerned.

EMPTY ARGUMENTS
Throwing baseless accusations into the air is the last refuge of someone with no arguments, no organization, and not always an ability to stop the opposition. Pretending to believe people are multis and flip flopping whenever it suits you will fool no one, particularly when you produce no evidence.





Conclusion
Tsigger, I didn't write this to mock you. I wrote this because I am sick of seeing you accusing anyone who returns to the game legitimately without a single shred of evidence. So... either produce the said evidence and hand it over to the Admins or remain silent.

The game administration exists to audit accounts; global chat is not a courtroom, and you are not a judge (even if you like to place in your description that you are one). If you have proof, show it. If you don't, kindly retract your statements.
