My Fellow Americans,

With the strategic, diplomatic, and military foundations of the eUnited States taking shape under President Abraham Lincoln’s leadership, the time has come to strengthen our civil framework.

As your Secretary of Citizen Affairs, my objective is simple: to ensure every citizen has the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to grow efficiently without wasting valuable energy or capital.

Here is our immediate roadmap for domestic support

REVITALIZATION OF THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY
Instead of complex bureaucracy, we are focusing on immediate, practical utility. The American University is being restructured into a centralized knowledge hub designed to get new players up to speed from day one.

First-Days Survival Guide: We are drafting an all-in-one, step-by-step guide covering your first 72 hours in eRevollution—explaining how to work, train, manage energy, and optimize combat damage effectively.

Core Documentation: Clear tutorials on economic mechanics, tax structures, and military units will be published directly in official channels for quick reference.

GOVERNMENT SUPPORT & WELFARE EVALUATION
Knowledge alone isn't enough; new citizens need physical supplies to survive and progress.

Direct Starter Support: In coordination with our tax reforms and the launch of SEAL TEAM 6, active citizens who follow the initial tutorial guidelines will receive direct food and weapons packages funded by government programs.

Program Evaluation: We are currently auditing past istance initiatives to streamline resource distribution, ensuring public ets reach active players without waste.

TO OUR NEWEST CITIZENS
If you have just spawned in the eUSA or are trying to figure out your next move: do not waste your energy blindly.

Keep an eye on official government publications over the coming days, read the upcoming initial guides, and join SEAL TEAM 6 to fight alongside the nation under direct government supply.

Structure, discipline, and clear execution - this is how we rebuild America.

P.S. Thank you President Lincoln and dear husband for helping me out to put this together.
