eFootballution is both a player-made Event and an experiment. Players create their avatars, which will be competing in a bit wacky, 5v5 version of Football/Soccer. The thing is - these avatars stats depend on players eRevollution skills as well as the skill focus players chose during signup.
Let's start with a very important announcement!
Yesterday eFootballution team had a lovely discussion with a player, which described himself as a filantropist. This player decided to support the first moments of eFootballution in hope of making the event bigger.
Let's get straight to the point: the team, which achieve victory in first official eFootballution event, will be rewarded with three hundred Gold. Yes, 300G is waiting for the best team in the first official event.
There will be also rewards for the Second and for the Third place. Silver medalists will receive one hundred and fifty Gold, while the third place will be rewarded with fifty Gold.
That means, when the team events (not Showcases) will begin, there will be 500 G waiting to be taken by the best team.
But now there are probably some questions. Mostly: how to participate? How to snatch at least a part of that pile of Gold? There are two ways: either become a Player and join an existing team, or become a Manager/Coach, form your own team and lead them to future glory!
How to join as a Player?
Becoming a player is simple. All you have to do is fill the Player Signup form. That's it - just fill up the form and play eRevollution mostly normally. Why mostly? Well... some ambitious Managers may be willing to keep contact with you, sending advices or offering lucrative contracts. Each Pony of Darkness deserves more than one Q5 villa :D
Managers - people in charge of the entire Teams - to start their journey, have to contact the Organizer directly. Because from Managers there will have a bit bigger tasks - maintaining their team, setting the strategy, maybe even arranging some sparrings with other teams... For that the acitivity is the key.
But that also gives opportunities. Manager has a full decision in case of his teams colors and logo.
Of course, Manager may also be a Player. But it's up to you to decide.
Next Showcase is scheduled on Thursday, Day 1558 at 9:00 GameTime (16:00 UTC), as always on eFootballution Twitch channel Because there is no official team yet and only potential coaches doing their analysis, I guess that teams will be again randomized, still keeping the "4 players plus GK-multi" rule. Unfortunately, Mithra and Koreys will be pausing due to getting a red card. Because we now have some reserve players, we may implement this rule. But don't worry - if you weren't seen on the last Showcase, you have way higher chance to appear. In Showcases, every player deserves an opportunity. :)
