Several months ago I purchased a starter pack for some gold and other items I was not clear about when I spent the money. I sent a message to the admins about my inquiry to this day NO RESPONSE! I sent an inquiry about quest hero several days ago NO RESPONSE! so now apparently even people who spend money on this game are NOT important.

Well, it doesn t matter! I did not spent a dime in this game, so it s all good! 
The best solution for that is the one I did: never spent nothing, always played for free
It is obvious that this game is actually alive due to few communities decided to be active, and i do agree its better with admins

I free sorry about that, the main problem is admin dont care the game since long time ago. the game owner just waiting u all leave the game, then they can release a new game. they just need change a new skin then u will join again and u wont know it run by same shit admin.
