After recent discussions between the Government of Ireland and the Government of France with the cooperation of the Government of Bulgaria the following rental agreement was agreed.
1. Bulgaria to release regions in Ireland. Dublin & Mayo.
2. France rent from Ireland the regions Cork and Shannon at the cost of 30g per per region per month (60g monthly).
3. If this both regions are liberated by RW before therm of agreement, France will take it back as soon as possible.
4. Ireland agrees not to raise RWs and will not fight in RWs in both these regions if raised by others.
5. France is to help Ireland liberate Dublin and Mayo from Bulgaria.

How u want a country to fight when it only has 2 half-active citizens?
