Proposal: Weapons Damage by Strength/Intelligence

Dear Players!

I propose the next idea, weapons damage multiplier by strenght/intelligence. Look the table below.

This idea good for the small players, who dont have 1300 gold to helicopter factory. With small damage and strong small weapons the battles do not change. But the new players have a real target, step by step.

ADD CRITICAL DAMAGE CHANCE TO EQUIPMENTS. ITS ENOUGH. THANK YOU.
cant work, simple alliance pays for one to tank up huge number, and rest use guns to do up to 33% of top player = huge saving in money, this is one example, or here is another one, guy leading by dmg used only helies, while later on someone joins and first 33% of top guy dmg he use guns, than from 33%-66% he use tanks instead of helies.. im sure you can see where this is going.. While i would like to see guns and tanks becoming useful, i dont think this would be best way of doing it.

For what I got the Idea is to make weapon damage increase with a high strength/int ? How is this good for the newbies, If they have a smaller value for these attributes? No,thanks.
