This is a State of the Union report;

  In recent days we have found a long lost citizen and gained a new immigrant. I have also been contacted by a couple of old timers one is AMHS  which i am sure some of you remember. I REALLY hope he comes back to play at least part time. Winter is coming , so i am hoping some stragglers will come in outta the cold. 
  Anyways i have made some changes to my cabinet postings and hope maybe we can get something started towards bettering our game. We have an idea of trying to institute a government funded Life Kit improvement program. Whether it be donated or loans is yet to be determined. USA does not have a LOT of gold, but we do have some just sitting around that can be used for a good cause. If you think you have a brilliant idea for a better program please PM me or any one of the cabinet members.

  OK, something i'd like to add is our involvement in Nemesis. This was the alliance we were in when i was first "appointed" as CP and i have done my best to stick with it. We have made a fairly good showing in damage for the few of us we have here in USA. I fell into the Canada trap and that drained a huge pile of our damage away from nemesis related battles. This may have damaged our standings with some of those guys. I don't know.
  I have made a lot of good friends there and have received plenty of advice via them. (some good, some not so good)     :-)  Anyways, i plan to try and stick with them guys for the time being, but i feel a need for some more Western influence. We are completely out of time zone with most of the action there. There is NEVER anybody online when i personally am active. My favorite leaders have quit the game.
   I really don't know what i am trying to say here, just voicing some concerns i have over it.


  OK, thats about all i can think of for now. I want you all to know i am trying my best to keep USA afloat. It has been terribly hard as we have little to no communications been happening. I have tried and tried too fix this. We do have a discord chatroom and really would LOVE your input there. We absolutely NEED to restart a congress chat there so bills/ideas can be discussed.
