Dear World Citizens
After a long battle period between Canada and Usa had deal for a new agreement under guarantee of Nemesis Alliance.
In that case;
1.Canada will keep current regions.
2.Canada goverment will pay to USA treasury 500 gold for each month.
3.USA will not fight at RWs against Canada.
4.Nemesis and Atlas will guarantee this agreement and will not DoW to Canada.
5.We will not take any hostile actions against each other such as opening RWS to each other declaring war on each other and fighting against each other.
6.This agreement expires after 3 months.
7.Usa and Canada will not have any Training war. And if Canada lose any region can attack to USA for get regions back.

Nebraska
Ohio
South Dakota
