According to Game Rules using any kind of automated software, including bots, scripts etc to play this game is strictly forbidden and any player
can be even permanently banned.
But what about Moderators? Especially those with Moderator I in their profile. Are they above the law? Why the are allowed to use scripts to
find the lowest prices on marketplace? Or is it somehow allowed script?
If yes, was it officially announced? Below you can find example of Antinarodni Element using mentioned script today on one discord server (it was not an exception nor testing, he used it many times).

The rules are correct and strictly applied to the game, however the picture you post is form DISCORD it is more like a relay chat software and not official by any means. It is neither concern the game rules neither owned by game management.

Since its on discord u cant prove nothing,and it not violate any rule..Cuz for example everyone can use the name and the avatar he wants.Discord its an out game app.I think the only one who can be punished for actions like this,is the guy who made em (if he violate any rule with this bot).
