Ce soir je prends ma plume pour vous annoncer une nouvelle de taille, La Russie (ne trouvant pas chaussure à son pied) a décider de monter son alliance.
J'ai donc l'honneur est le privilège de vous annoncer la création de l' USSR - Union for Strategy, Strength and Respect -
Cette alliance s'articulera autour de trois grands principes! LOYAUTÉ - ENTRAIDE - COHÉSION !
Pour le moment nous sommes seul dans notre alliance, mais nos portes vous sont grandes ouvertes ! Pour plus de renseignements je vous laisse regarder cet extrait de notre charte sur les conditions d'admission:
L’alliance est ouverte à tous pays respectant les demandes suivantes:
- Accepter la présente charte
- Verser une cotisation d’entrée de 30 gold à la Russie (pays fondateur)
- Ne pas avoir de conflit ouvert avec un pays (hors TW) au moment de sa candidature.
Un pays souhaitant rejoindre l'alliance sera soumis à une période probatoire de 2 semaines, période qui pourra être prolongée de 2 semaines supplémentaires si le QG considère que ceci est nécessaire. Cette mise à l'essai permettra au pays candidat de se familiariser avec le fonctionnement de l'alliance et de montrer son implication dans l'alliance. Au cours de cette période le QG peut décider de renvoyer un candidat encore en période probatoire sans per par une emblée générale.

Tonight I'm taking my feather to anounce you a grand news, Russia (as we couldn't find shoe to our feet) decided to found its own Alliance.
I'm proud to announce you the creation of th USSR - Union for Strategy, Strength and Respect -

For now we are still alone, but our doors are open ! For further informations I let you read this extract concerning the entrance conditions:
The Alliance is open to any country filling the following askings:
- Accept the integrity of the standing charter.
Pay 30 gold to Russia (country creator)
Not having open wars against another country (except TW) at the moment of its candidacy.

I do not think that this is the correct use of USSR abbreviation, the more that you are creating that alliance in the e-Russia. It is offensive to people who suffered Because of Violence USSR!

I always saw Russia as an outsider when they were in Délos... It s good to see a new alliance here. However, I need to agree with @Ancestral: your charter can repel new members in some parts. Good luck! o/
