Two weeks ago congress voted 10 to 0 in favor of the AMHS HRMQ4 bill. With this bill we made it possible for our citizens to start opening Q4 House Raw Material companies for a subsidized price.
AMHS HRMQ4 Bill:

A Person will be able to request USD from the government at a print-rate (1 gold per 200 USD) for Q4 House Raw Materials Factories (Sand Factory Q4) For 15 gold, they will receive 3000 USD for a Sand Mine (Which will require a screenshot of verification) 3000 USD (.05) : 1875 USD (.08) 37.5% savings on factory
cost.

From the start our CP Diesel managed the program to help our citizens to start their HRM production. After two weeks it seems hard to be combined with the presidential duties and therefor he asked me to continue the program.
So here I am, AMHS, the founder of the program and, if I may say, a successful businessman in this game. As a producer of raws and finished products I noticed that HRM is highly overpriced in the USA and therefore we needed to help our citizens to produce this precious good.
This is how it works:
1. Send me a pm saying how many companies you would like to build;
2. Send me 15 gold for every company you would like to open;
3. On Thursday 12:00 eRev time I will donate all the collected gold to our treasury and right after I will open a printing USD bill
for all the gold I donated;
4. At noon on Friday the money will be printed and I can start a law to donate the printed USD to me;
5. On Saturday I will receive the USD and will start sending the USD to the people who sent gold to me;
6. You make a screenshot of your companies with day, time and nickname;
7. You make sure you are in the USA and open the companies;
8. You make another screenshot of your companies with day, time and nickname;
9. You upload your screenshots and send them to me;
10. That’s it!
