Hello, I am Angelo and welcome to Patriot News. This is a little series I will be starting called "One on One" where I will interview the people that run the show each day in the United States and I will ask them about various topics and ask their opinions on many of the issues that are currently happening in our beloved country. I will be releasing this interview in parts.
Today on One on One we have a man who needs no introduction, he is the current President of the United States, the press director of his own newspaper called EVOLVE and a man that has my respect. It is with great honor that I present to you, the President of the United States of America, Diesel.
Angelo: Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to let me interview you Mr. President.
Diesel: No problem. A pleasure.
Angelo: Let's begin. As President of the United States, what are your current goals on this term?
Diesel: Well, my current goals in my term as President are to triple our lation, quintuple our active lation, to get more resources, raise the treasury to 3,000 gold and plant our roots in the soil as a new superpower.
Angelo: That is wonderful, next question, how do you feel about the recent "unification efforts" made by the American Unity Party?
Diesel: I am a big fan of the "unification", it was an idea brought by Tancred and bama and then it spun to Unification efforts. Honestly, political disputes here are stupid since nobody disagrees with anything. The 2 old parties were old dinasours that were continuing the feuds of old dinosaurs that were long extinct and since they were identical, we got rid of them in burning acid, metaphorically of course, because everyone was on the same page.
Many people doubted that we could work together, but my team has done an amazing job and it's the largest and most bipartisan cabinet we've ever had with people who hated each other are now on good terms.
Angelo: Amazing work there. Next question, I am new to this country and I've noticed some regions that are owned by other countries can you please explain what is happening there?
Diesel: Of course, those "occupied" regions that you see are really just rented to them and nobody really lives there. We rented those areas to great allies like Portugal since we got many resources we do not need these regions. However, I can say that we have some things that we need to workout. I am working towards not renting any more regions on this term and to stipulate that if someone attacks the USA, no matter the attacker, the renter country must enter on our side. We enjoy really good relations with Portugal and we have recently made a rent deal that will free 2 of our regions. But besides that, the regions are a great way to make some money and we only rent them to great countries and allies.
