For ages the world's strongest countries like France have had loan programs to help you build training grounds, but now and only now, we've topped them for the first time in creating the ultimate military program; eUS West Point.

Under the West point program, the government will pay for your boot camp (land strength) up to Q4, and your intelligence academy (naval strength) up to Q4 as well, for a combined cost of over 400 gold, that we are shouldering instead of you. It will take the average player over seven months to make that level of gold, uming you don't spend it on anything else.

The stipulation is that you work down that loan by working for reduced salary for Bamapana, who has agreed to provide a cheap contract of Q5 helicopters to the government. Your work will go towards arming the nation.

Further, you will not be working to pay back the full amount of gold, only about 75%. Your strength and loyalty to this country are enough repayment for uncle sam!

This in total will bring the average cost for Q5 helicopters, the mainstay of modern warfare, down from .10 gold for the government to .024 gold, meaning more supplies for everyone! (West Point graduates get priority)

Applications will be accepted based on activity, loyalty, and commitment. The basic requirements are:
- A vow not to leave the eUS and fight for another country or MU
- A vow that if you decide leave the game for more than 3 months, your money and properties will temporarily go to the government until you come back.

Some other perks are:
- Priority for weapons delivery
- GUARANTEED officer positions in the US Army after your application is accepted.
- GUARANTEED positions in US Cabinet.

Now how will you make more money on this?

Because for new players, money is made through true patriot and true ally medals, not from companies. You get 5 and 2.5 gold respectively for these medals, and get them a lot faster if you level up through the communes. You will earn about 2.5 times as much money increasing your strength and fighting with this program than you would working, producing, and levelling up with a lower quality training ground.
