Hello, i would like to propose a new feature to the game.
The stock market is a crucial thing for a modern economy. I, for example, would love to make a gigantic enterprise but i can't because i don't have the capital.Creating a public company would cost gold lets say 50 gold, and then you can put a starting capital of for example 100 gold. You would have 100 shares and with those shares you can vote or sell them. I have Canadian cs so the company will be a Canadian public company.
What can a CEO of a public company do?
I will explain the voting system. If i have 500 shares (60% of the total shares) i will have 500 votes (60% of the total votes so i would a majority).

What can a CEO of a public company do?
- Trade in forex (local currency).
Pay dividends.
Create new shares for a price the CEO wants to.
Create a poll to ask the opinion of the shareholders.
Hire managers who control X company or can trade in forex ect.
Change the name of the public company.
Split shares.
Change nationality.
Change the description of the public company and avatar.
- Vote on proposals.
Fire the CEO.
Hire a new CEO.
Sell their shares.

I agree such a feature would make the game more interesting but I expect the risks would be rather high for investors. In a galaxy far, far away in another game long, long ago, such a thing did exist until suddenly one day it fell apart and thousands upon thousands of Gold disappeared. Maybe your system has a way to lock in investments, funds, and companies so they cannot be liquidated and quickly distributed in the event of a rogue CEO.
I agree, in the logbook you should be able to see all the transaction in CC and gold (if you buy or sell companies). Gold can only be given to shareholders with dividends and that´s the only way you can get money out of the public company in a legal way.
Yea just like Esim i guess , but like wilfie said , no one could control it there ,so it fell apart , and thousands upon thousands of gold fell short, ppl of course fell ill of it and left :/ now no one really uses it ... I think making orgs should be the next step admins should take
oh, it happened there, too? I was thinking about t-jelle Bank on eR. It was valued at over 25k Gold at one point. http://wiki.er*******.com/index.php/T%27jelle_bank Some said it was too big to fail. Amazing concept while it worked, however.
