Hello, dear readers!
I would like to talk about world's international affairs culture of eRevollution.
I'm not a TOP player, I'm just a newcomer who has already got good experience of the mechanics of the game, that's why I want to share my observation.
Everybody heard about international agreements which countries sign between each other.
MPP - it's an agreement which countries sign according to the mechanics of the game. It's the most reliable agreement as you can see. Countries which are under MPP are committed to help each other with battles.
NAP - it's an "unofficial" agreement of the game. The mechanics of the game doesn't provide it. It's an agreement created by players. Countries under NAP are committed don't attack each other for some time. Also there could be other essential terms too.
Ok, it sounded great when I came to this game. But I was absolutely shocked and disbelieved in recent days.
If you know, Ukraine signed NAP with Vae Victis alliance.
One of essential terms included receiving back the region Sloboda by Ukraine from Romania.
Another essential term included the commitment 250g for breaching party.
It looks like super good agreement, but how it works?
It doesn't work, unfortunately.
Why? It's a fact that Romania breached that agreement TWICE.
Ukraine started rebel war for Sloboda twice and Romanians didn't give the region to Ukraine in RW, according to NAP, twice.
For our great regret Romania doesn't care about agreements they sign. Also, the administration of Vae Victis alliance where Romania is a member, doesn't care about agreements too.
When I'm with members of ukrainian government claimed about it to the president of Romania and to the administration of Vae Victis about this tort, both argued that it's not a breaching act, that it's a problem of Ukraine that we can't do more damage to receive the region.
Could anybody explain me one thing?
Why should we use all our power to receive the region which we have to receive according to NAP?

Moreover, despite the fact that according to this NAP breaching party should pay the commitment to injured party, breaching party doesn't admit it's guilt.
Only on third RW Ukraine received back Sloboda, just because we used more military power.
It's a pity that countries who are stronger, presume to breach agreements with others. All we can see that Vae Victis and it's members are people who don't have a sense of dignity, they don't respect their neighbors and sure they don't respect themselves.
It's a big shame for all e-world.

You right, I don t know why Romania didn t abandon this region with minimal defence. Also I don t know does other members of VV support this approach.
On the other hand, Ukraine is persistent in continuing alliance with Germany, country which opposes the most VV. This brings Ukraine only troubles and could be a reason for such disrespect. I don t justify the action, I am just looking for an explanation. Also I don t think that this article will improve something, some changes in Ukraine are needed if you want to get the position which Ukraine deserve in this game.
Consider this only as advice, not the official statement.
The agreement with Vae Victis don t worth a paper it was signed on. No dignity, no respect, no human laws. Only the right of strong rules erev.
If you have 10+ tanks with VISA and battle s, farm bots to feed them - you can do anything you want. If you have not - join the party of lions and enjoy the life. No options available.
Maybe these were foreign tanks that dealt millions of DMG in RWs for TPM

Levi is 100% right. You should not MPP countries that fight all these despicable farmers but instead, MPP countries that capitulate and obey the law of the strong. And maybe get some chance to *live* at your core left overs, after voltures have taken away all they need.
