May be you know or not, this happenned for other games at past....

And also, As Turks, we always respect to national and religious leaders, persons, and also religions... you must have some rules update about respect & defend them.

Lets assume that erev gets a similar rule like e.rep does. About penalizing insults upon Kemal. That rule will affect all future actions, and for sure Demiurge cannot be judged based on that rule. So your request should be that, penalize insults against Kemal, and not the perma ban of a player cause of bad trolling (cause that what he was actually doing, i bet he didn t even know that he was insulting whole Turks ingame)
