I - Preamble

After a few hours of careful negotiations, the governments of Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, and Iran have come together to forge a rental agreement with further ado let me introduce the terms for this rental agreement.

II - Terms and Conditions

1. Ukraine cannot declare war on members of MDP and in turn members of MDP cannot declare war on Ukraine.

2. Ukraine will give following regions to Bulgaria until the end of NAP agreement and will not fight in RW's : Taurida, Bessarabia, Galicia and Lodomeria, Podolia, Volhynia.

3. Bulgaria will pay 200 gold as rent to Ukraine.

4. Ukraine will give the region Bukovina to Romania. Ukraine cannot fight against Romania in RWs in this region. If the amount of damage made by Ukraine in RW exceeds 50 million, Ukraine will fight for Romania and compensate the difference.

5. Romania will pay 30 gold as rent to Ukraine.

6. Ukraine will give Siveria to Iran and will not fight in RWs in this region.

7. Iran will pay 50 gold to Ukraine as rent.

8. This rental agreement will be valid until day 313.
