Greeting,Today the government of Taiwan, Colombia and Venezuela have agreed to extend the The Shakira Agreement : https://www.erevollution.com/en/article/14362 under following new terms,

1)Venezuela, Colombia will rent "Pacifica" and "Amazonica" to Taiwan at the cost of 25 Golds per region for 30 days
2)Venezuela, Colombia and Taiwan could arrange a Training war among others, but must be negotiated 24 hours before the start of any Training war
3)Other than Training Wars, Venezuela, Colombia and Taiwan cannot put Daily Order, Declare of War, nor fight each other
4)This NAP has a duration of 30 days and will starts on day272 after "The Shakira Agreement expired"
