Hace 5 días, se firmó un acuerdo llamado Rio Agreement entre Brasil y los países miembros de MDP+Francia. Dicho acuerdo consistía en un pacto de no agresión entre los países de MDP+F y Brasil.
Qué significa NAP o Pacto de no agresión? Significa que bajo ningún concepto, al menos que se aclare en el pacto, se debe hacer una declaración de guerra entre los países firmantes.
Pero estos tratados suelen ser temporales, porque sin guerra, la economía se ralentiza, en este caso, el Rio Agreement duraría hasta el día 273
Pero se preguntarán, en qué nos afecta a los paraguayos este tratado? Pues somos parte de la alianza MDP Mutual Defense Pact. El cual es una de las dos alianzas más poderosas incluyendo a Eclipse, que es la alianza donde se encuentran Bolivia y Brasil. Y como hay un pacto de no agresión entre Brasil y MDP, no pueden declararnos la guerra, pero adivinen qué?
Brasil ha declarado la guerra a Paraguay, para reclamar zonas que fueron alguna vez originarias de Bolivia, debido a un tratado de alquiler de dichas zonas entre Bolivia y Brasil. Pero no consideró que Bolivia no puede alquilarles una zona que no es suya debido a una anterior conquista por parte de Paraguay.
Según el pacto, Brasil quedará en sus regiones originales, sin declarar la guerra a países de MDP, pero que hay un tratado entre Bolivia y Brasil en donde si esta lo dicta, puede reclamar dichas zonas bolivianas. Y cuáles son dichas zonas en el momento que firmó el pacto? Pues "Pando" y "Beni and Cochabamba", ya que aunque en la vida real aunque el resto de las regiones pertenecen a Bolivia, en el juego pertenecen a Paraguay por conquista. Así que al atacar Chuquisaca and Tarija ha violado el pacto de no agresión.
Pero a su vez no violaron el pacto de no agresión, debido a que Abraham Lincoln autorizó a Brasil, para que atacara a Paraguay, recupere las regiones bolivianas, sin romper el pacto, ya que según él las premisas del pacto lo permiten. Pero en realidad, Abraham Lincoln sólo dio este permiso por las presiones bolivianas que decían que MDP no tiene honor y no respeta los pactos, al no devolver las regiones a Bolivia. Pero porqué Paraguay debería de devolver dichas regiones que se ganaron con la fuerza? Esto demuestra la escasa capacidad de gestión diplomática del Comandante Supremo.
Si Bolivia quiere alquilarle a Brasil, debería de ganar las regiones con una rebelión y no con caridad. De hecho, ahora acaba de ganar a Paraguay la región del Altiplano, ahora si hace bien sus movidas, debe de darle esa región a Brasil antes que Paraguay vuelva a conquistarla, ya que hay NAP entre Paraguay y Brasil, no entre Bolivia y Brasil, así que habilita a los paraguayos a poder atacar a Bolivia nuevamente.

Mimimi, stop crying. There was a rental agreement BEFORE you started conquering Bolivian regions (which you did only because you knew they were negotiating with us and got jealous). In fact, this is the biggest piece of badly done propaganda i ve seen. Let s clear up a couple things:
1. After NAP was signed, a couple Paraguayan fighters went to fight against Brazil in a battle for a region that was supposed to be returned. Naturally Brazil got mad.
2. I authorized the Brazilian attack in order to hasten the rental process between the Brazil and Bolivia and it seemed a fair way to make it up to Brazil for what happened.
3. I am aware Paraguay was not informed beforehand of this because I relied on my Secretary of Foreign Affairs to pass the information. I take it as my own responsibility.
I hope we re clear on this.
