Purpose of the Alliance?
To act as one country! If small countries don’t join together as one, they are going be occupied/taking over. This alliance is to help all the small countries out.
How does Leadership work in the Alliance?
Each country picks one to two Reps to appoint to the general council. In return each country picks one rep usually CP or MoFA to appoint to either Relation of Defense Council. The defense council is in charge of all defense planning. Though after they have figured or made plan they have to run it by the general council. The Relation Council is in charge of inter-alliance relations, public relations, and Foreign Affairs. They only have to run plans by the general council, article they don’t have to. General Council, they provide checks and balances of the alliance councils, and can over rule anything with simple 2/3 approval.
How to Join the Alliance?
Contact the Relations Council, they will discuss joining with you. they will take it to a vote in the council and if they say yes then take it to the general council for approval. Also you must be under 150 citizens before joining, after you join you may go over it as much as you want.

Problably the most awkward post ever, but this alliance has not been approved by India. We re part of Eclipse, and your loyalty lies with them. Therefore, as India s MoFA, I can t sign this agreement.
