Hello eCitizens, It is I dk3dknight.
The function of this article is to offer more information about my programs
and to better flesh them out for yall.
So lets go back and expand on what we first talked about.
eOlympics
Well, several people desired to see more information about the program
and who was going to be running it.
Generally there is a lot of party competition and the idea is to channel that
into games that take place in erev and out. At each game there will be
different games based on categories.
Such as Economics, Historic Knowledge, etc
Which will subdivide into group and party.
In group games each party sends 3 representatives to represent the
party for that game.
Party games will allow full participation of the party in the game.
(note for fairness people who would skew the game unfairly may
be asked to sit out of party games like Abe or Tancred, would have to sit out of
a economics party / group challenge)
These activities will be created by myself and MadCatter as we will
be working together on the games.
Nither I or MadCatter will be allowed to participate in these events.
eEducation
Generally my initial plan was to create, "I" , to create a general knowledge area,
generally we are looking at several possible platforms to host this knowledge area.
This knowledge area would contain tutorials, faq's, and useful information that will help
new players get started and offer guidance and direction.
eMilitary
Some of my eCitizens have questions about the military program I announced called
System Safety, which is a program designed to evaluate our military program.
The idea of system safety is to determine what is suppose to be happening, what
is happening, who is responsible, who has authority over the issue, and shed light
to trouble areas. Using a system called SAI or Safety Attribute Inspection, which will
be a two part system. (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SCHEME TO MERGE MU's OR
MEANT TO PLACE INFLUENCE ON PRIVATE MU'S, PRIVATE MU'S may participate
but are EXEMPT! IN THE CASE A PRIVATE MU CHOOSES TO TAKE PART, PART2
WILL BE FACILITATED BY THEM AND NOT THE LORD GENERAL PART1 Will be
facilitated to their leaders.)
Part 1# A special created survey created by the DoD (Lord General) will be submitted
to the troops, this is a short survey that include questions to identify supply issues or
problems that may not be noticed by officers.
Part 2# The DoD (Lord General) will take his own SAI using supply records and paperwork
to fill it out.
After this Part 1 and 2 are compared, if Part 2 finds out 105 supplies were delivered but
Part 1 shows 7 people did not receive there supplies, that means we have a problem, one
that requires immediate addressing.
The platform for this program will be on google doc's.
eCommerce
The economy was something I had initially wanted to wait to discuss.
Generally there are more opinions on the correct path that will save us, then
hands.
BioHaze and I had a lengthy discussion, which flowed out towards others.
Generally almost all of these plans are 100% going to involve congress in there
preceding. Which I can bring to congress but no plan every survives the first day
of war, nor congress. So whatever plan comes out of that will involve Congress
and I working together to strengthen the economy.
This isn't something I have direct control over, so I had no desire of making such
promises that are as close to promises as good intentions. So while I will work with
congress, I which to discuss the Plan B, also known as the MADCATTER INITIATIVE.
Now I would like to show a chart and I think the chart speaks for itself, perhaps there
could have been a little disruption but I think this is disruption that is too large
for random chance to be the determining factor.
Anyway I hope you find this additional information informative and most importantly enlightening.

eCommerce section though, I m not sure what you mean. There is nothing wrong with the chart. D 229 ( the one at the end on right side) through D234 (That is the second one on the left side) on average yielded 702.83 USD as tax. D235 (That is the first one on the left) yielded 2482 USD as a tax. D235 is TODAY, and effect of Economic bill 3.1.0 can be seen. It was first day, and we ll see how it plays out but I see nothing wrong with the chart nor were there any disruption.
