How did you clasify those quartiles, based on what? And that total damage power represent the power of banned players or whole country?

@kinyas, quartiles have been calculated using max 1 hit player damage power and distributed by players and damage they inflict by each each quartile. The ranges of each quartile are described at the column of each quartile (1 hit damage). Total damage doesnt include banner players.
