It is also my pleasure to see Cuba becoming a real eCountry, with people willing to work and collaborate. I have also informed the CP of Cuba that Cuba can have one extra core region, since all countries with 3 core regions got one extra.
Terms of the Atlantic Bridge Treaty:- Portugal keeps Central Venezuela and Central Western Venezuela;
- Portugal pays 70 gold to Venezuela;
- The renting cost of Oriente (Cuban region) will be split between Portugal and Venezuela;
- Portugal and Venezuela will have TW only when both countries agree to. The TW will be made by direct attack on Zulian region. Costs of TW and DW will be split between both countries;
- Portugal and Cuba will have TW only when both countries agree to. Portugal will offer one TW to Cuba. All TW wil be made by direct attack on Las Villas region;
- Portugal and Venezuela will not set DO nor tank vs each other;
- Duration: 30 days (from day 212 to 242).
Termos do Tratado da Ponte Atlântica:- Portugal fica com as regiões de Central Venezuela e Central Western Venezuela;
- Portugal irá pagar 70 gold pelo aluguer das regiões à Venezuela;
- Os custos de aluguer da região Cubana de Oriente serão divididos entre Portugal e Venezuela;
- Portugal e Venezuela terão TW apenas quando ambos os países estiverem de acordo. Os custos de ataque e DoW serão divididos entre os dois países; Todas as TW serão feitas via ataque directo na região de Zulian;
- Portugal e Cuba terão TW apenas quando ambos os países estiverem de acordo. Portugal irá oferecer uma TW. Todas as TW serão feitas via ataque directo na região de Las Villas;
- Portugal e Venezuela não irão colocar DO nem "tankar" um contra o outro;
- Duração: 30 dias (de dia 212 ao dia 242).

- El costo de renta de la region Cubana de Oriente se dividira entre Portugal y Venezuela;
- Portugal y Venezuela tendran TW solo cuando ambos paises lo acuerden, El ataque sera en la region Venezolana de Zulian, Los costos de ataque y DoW seran divididos entre ambos paises;
- Portugal y Cuba tendran TW solo cuando ambos paises lo acuerden y esta sera hecha mediante ataque directo a la region Cubana de Villas;
- Portugal y Venezuela no van a establecer DO ni Tanqueos entre si;
- Duracion: 30 dias (desde 212 hasta 242).
