Treaty on Peace between Slovakia and Turkey
1- Slovakia agrees not to involve in any hostile action towards Turkey
a. Slovakia cannot fight against Turkey neither in MPP battles nor RWs
b. Slovakia cannot Declare War against Turkey
c. Slovakia can only open RW s for Medal if Turkey s country president and Slovakia s Country president agree on a date at least 24 hours before.
2- Turkey will leave Bratislava to Slovakia in order to avoid wipe
3- In case conditions in region change, Turkey may change the conditions in favor of Slovakia
4- Slovakia not sign MPP s or any other kind of treaties to enemys of Turkey and MDP Alliance.
5- Slovakia encouraged for signing mpps to MDP countries.
To be published in government newspapers and signed by the presidents of Slovakia and Turkey in the comments, thereby being considered in force.

another one shameful NAP and +1 ally for MDP by threat of wipe
Talking about MDPs great mercy again. Slovakia wont be deleted IF he doesnt sign MPP with Unity/FAS members but encouraged to sign MPPs with MDP LOL if you see mercy. Does Slovakia has a choice? Guys! You cant force countries not to sign MPPs with their allies and fight for them! That is not a diplomatic solution, that is dictation! That is bullying! Want to talk more about how MDP is a fair alliance towards its opponents? I cant wait...

Looks like the MDP principle about not wiping countries is only valid if the country starts fighting against UNITY/FAS. Somehow MDP forgot to mention this.
