Non Agression Pact (NAP):
1. Netherlands will research about Netherlands Elite who wanted to PTO Belgium, and will send results to Belgium.
2. Belgium will let region: Western Netherlands to Netherlands via RW.
3. Belgium will keep region: Southern Netherlands until permanent agreement with Netherlands.
4. Belgium wont attack Netherlands for minimal 30 days.
5. Netherlands wont attack Belgium for minimal 30 days.
6. Article 5 includes RW in region Southern Netherlands, Daily Orders if 3rd party open RW in that region.
7. Citizens of Netherlands are suggested not to fight in Belgian campaings.
8. Citizens of Netherlands are banned to obtain Belgian Citizenship until results of PTO.
9. If RW is successesful in region Southern Netherlands, Netherlands will return in back to Belgium on cost of Netherlands.
This agreement is valid for 30 days, and will be reneved if Governments of both countries agree.
