Today, Day 164, The Romanian Government is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with The Bulgarian Government.
NAP Romania - Bulgaria
1. The Non-Agression Pact will be for the end of this presidential time.
2. 6 July will be a peace day reserved for renegotiations.
3. Both countries agree to not to engage in any kind of direct attacks against each other. This includes NE, RW and Declaration of War, and applies to original regions as well as to the colonies. Unless it is needed to take back the mentioned regions.
4. Bulgaria can't fight against Romania in direct battles or rw.
5. Romania can't fight against Bulgaria in direct battles or rw.
6. There will be a limit of 10M Damage, if the limit is exceeded the guilty one have to compensate with same amount of damage.
7. Bulgaria will keep Dobrogea,N Basarabia, Transnistria and S Basarabia.
8. Bulgaria will release Oltenia.
