Dear Citizen of eIndonesia and eJapan,
Hereby I stated that eIndonesia will rent 3 regions from eJapan, Chubu, Tohuku, and Kanto with this following terms :
- eIndonesia will not attack region Kinki, Shikoku, and Hokkaido (unless for TW)
- eJapan must not attack or open RW to those 3 rented regions
- any RW for gaining TP should be discussed and informed earlier to both party
- This agreement runs for 60 days until Day 532, and could be extended ahead of time
