First i'm a french student and i speak only french, i'm not very good in english and never seen Latvijā
But at the start of this game i choose totally at random a country, i don't want to play all the time with the same peoples in the same country, and i want to discover an other country.
So now i'm here and i already like this country, with a CP perma ban & the half of the congress too :D More seriously i'll really want to contribute at a proper fonctionning of Latvia.
