Dear Citizen of eIndonesia and eJapan,

Hereby I stated that eIndonesia will rent 1 region from eJapan, Chubu, with this following terms :

- eIndonesia will pay 50 gold per month per region to eJapan
- eIndonesia will not attack other regions (unless for TW)
- eJapan must not attack or open RW to the rented regions
- any RW for gaining TP should be discussed and informed earlier to both party
- This agreement runs for 30 days until Day 567, and could be extended ahead of time
