Comme vous le savez, l'Etat français dispose de ses propres usines d'hélicopters Q5 !
Il y a presque un mois, à partir d'usines d'HQ3 m'appartenant, avec 1415 golds de l'Etat et grâce aux promos, nous avons pu, après maintes discussions au sein du Congrès, implanter sur mon land 3 usines d'HQ5 qui appartiennent à 100% à l'Etat.
Qu'est ce que ça veut dire? :
990 hélico Q5 disponible quotidiennement pour la France et qui sont mis en vente à un prix très intéressant: 5FRF l'HQ5, par lots de 50 ! (somme servant uniquement à payer les coûts de production).
Déjà 22 770 HQ5 ont été produits depuis la création du programme! 20 400 (408 packs!) ont été distribués à 94 joueurs différents. Les 2000 HQ5 en plus ont été distribués gratuitement lors d'un fight important contre la Serbie.
Vous voulez des hélico Q5?
Il suffit de remplir ce formulaire , de me verser seulement 250FRF et vous recevrez 50 HQ5. Les prix et taille des lots varieront peut être par la suite en fonction de la demande.
-Vous ne pouvez faire qu'une demande à la fois.
-Pas plus d'une fois par jour.
-Selon les demandes, il faut parfois attendre 48h, si vous n'avez rien reçu au bout de 4 jours, contactez-moi.
Quelles sont les conditions?
La seule condition est que ces héli soient consommés sur le champs de bataille. Tout joueur ayant bénéficié du programme qui vendrait des héli Q5 sur le marché ou sur le /all sera banni du projet définitivement!
Ce projet est une grande réussite, n'hésitez pas à demander vos HQ5 en remplissant le formulaire, chaque français y a droit.

What does it mean ?
990 HQ5 will be available, daily, for France and sold 50 by 50, for 5 frf per unit ! (in order to balance production costs)
Moreover, we will be able to stock them to anticipate future battles. This will allow us to have more efficient handing outs without relying too much on private producers.
Since Day 118, 22 770 HQ5 were manufactured and 20400 were distributed to 94 different players.
Do you want Q5 helicopters ?
-You only have to fill this form , to pay 250 frf, and you will receive 50 HQ5.
-Prices and amount of helicopters may vary according to the number of requests.
-Only one claim at a time and per day.
What are the terms ?
The only term is that these helicopters must be used on the battlefield. Every player who would benefit from this project and would be caught selling Q5 helicopters on the market or the /all chat will be permanently outcasted.
Thanks to the Congress and the Government who trust me to conduct this mive project. Thanks to these factories, we will strengthten our firepower, a bit more. ô7
