My fellow Americans,

We have officially reached the 10-day mark of this administration. When I took office, our nation was facing economic uncertainty, military and territorial fragmentation, and external tensions. Today, I am proud to report that the State of our Union is steady, on its way to secureness, and preparing for a phase of major consolidation.

Here is a full breakdown of what has been accomplished so far and what lies ahead as our new Congress prepares to take office.


📜 External Affairs & Border Stability
- Diplomatic Negotiations: We are currently finalizing high-level negotiations to establish a bilateral agreement that guarantees regional stability and protects our sovereign borders until the upcoming regional reset. For the time being, as agreed with Morocco, we will be keeping our Capital Iowa and Wisconsin, until a broader agreement finishes its negotiations. This will ensure we stay on the map and have a chance at rebuilding our community.


🏛️ Internal Governance & The New Congress
- Legislative Transition: As congressional elections take place today, we prepare to welcome our new Legislature.

- Economic & Fiscal Stabilization Package: Starting tomorrow (Oct 16), our 5-law economic reform will be submitted to Congress. This package will reset the labor market, protect local production, reduce import tariffs on essential raw materials and food to 10%, and generate sustainable Treasury revenue.


⚔️ Military & Civilian Onboarding
- SEAL TEAM 6 Modernization: Our primary Military Unit is being restructured to provide daily, guaranteed supplies of food and weapons to active citizens fighting under national orders.

- American University & Citizen Retention: We are streamlining our onboarding package for every new citizen joining the eUSA. No new player will be left behind without guidance, supplies, and a place in our community. 📣 National Recruitment & Player Retention Campaign
- Bringing Back Our Veterans: We are officially launching a national effort to reach out to former eUSA players and citizens who have gone inactive. If you know old comrades, former congressmen, or MU veterans, now is the time to call them back. The eUSA is organized, stable, and ready for a new era.

- External Outreach & Promotion: To ensure long-term power, we are expanding our advertising efforts outside the game. We will be promoting the eUSA on community forums, Discord hubs, and social media platforms to recruit new players directly into our nation.

- Incentives for Mentors & Recruits: Every returning veteran and every newly registered citizen will receive immediate onboarding support from the American University, complete with startup supplies, food, weapons, and direct guidance from our executive team.


💬 Final Message from the President
Governance is not built on chaotic impulses, but on patience, strategic calculation, and steady organization. We have secured our borders, stabilized our institutions, and protected our sovereignty.

We have also proven that diplomacy and dialogue are our strongest tools. In our recent talks, even with those with whom we’ve had deep disagreements in the past - such as Tsigger - we found a path of reason and mutual respect. I want to acknowledge his constructive and reasonable approach in our latest discussions. It proves that when the interest of the nation and our community comes first, we can rise above past conflicts to find common ground. Sometimes, we may be too quick to judge. I do believe that both me and Tsigger were guilty of this very same mistake for different motives - I for doubting he could be reasonable after I got thrown accusations (and to be honest, for a bit of an emotional and protective reaction of mine towards my wife), and him for not remembering me and suspecting me while also accounting for other strategic variables on the map.

And if there is one thing I've learned in this game, it is that your enemy or opponent of today may be the one on the battlefield on your side tomorrow. I can attest to being a living example of this: if you go looking into my old articles from 2016, you will find my rivalry with Japan back then - I on one side and Shiro, Naki, and Kami Neko on the other. We fought, both in the media and on the battlefield, but mutual respect grew on both sides, especially after two different treaties were signed where both sides upheld their word. I lost track of Kami Neko, but both Shiro and Naki were my friends for years.

Now, with a unified Congress taking office tomorrow, the eUSA is ready to enter its next phase: growth, unity, and prosperity. In this new era, every citizen who wants to build, regardless of past rivalries, has a place and a voice.
