Dear Citizen of eIndonesia and eJapan,

Hereby I stated that eIndonesia will rent 2 regions from eJapan, Chubu and Tohuku, with this terms :

- eIndonesia will pay 20 Gold per month per region to eJapan
- eIndonesia will not attack region Kinki, Shikoku, Kanto and Hokkaido
- eJapan must not attack or open RW to those 2 rented regions
- any RW for gaining TP should be discussed and informed earlier to both party
- This agreement runs for 30 days until Day 400, and could be extended ahead of time
