1. Peace Treaty between Japan and Thailand.
2. Japan and Thailand will make MPP and Japan will pay for the MPP for next 5 months.
3. Japan will rent all regions of Thailand that it now holds (all except Eastern Thailand).
4. Japan will pay the 60 gold every month to the treasury of Thailand (only if the paragraphs 5 and 6 are being honored).
5. Thailand won't raise RWs in regions held by Japan. If there is a RW raised by a third party in Thailand's regions held by Japan, Thailand must not fight in it or make it DO. Thailand must balance the wall to the Japan's side if the damage is made by Thailand's citizens.
6. Japan and Thailand will not have open wars, NE and DOs against each other.
7. The agreement will last for 2 months. After that, talks will be held about extension (possible automatic extension if both CPs agree)
