yea! again GREAT update from our beloved admins 
Why? So you can keep swiping your VISA card, that`s why
when you sit down and think about it. this update maybe the best update recently since it has minimal damage to the game among all of the updates. so appreciate it

this increases the concentration of players in a few nations and the death of the game, a stupid move
